Best Concepts Dressing machine Model FOLD4 is designed to produce four folded dressing material such as non-woven and package them individually in a single hot or cold sealed registered printed wrapping paper. Dressing material will be folded while being unwound in machine direction and then cut and folded in cross direction. At this point folded product will be packaged individually and a stack of preset number of product will be deposited on the take-away conveyor for hand packing.

Speed may vary depending on the adhesive material used on wrapping paper.
Tension control is achieved with the assistance of mechanical tensioners located at each of the raw material unwinds. No manual adjustments are required as the diameter of the material changes.
Switch operated pneumatic chucks are supplied for wrapper unwind. This allows for

easy loading and unloading of raw materials.
Lateral adjustment for both wrapper unwind modules are provided by way of hand knobs for ease of operation.
