Capable of processing different materials, such as PVC, FOAM, POLYURETHANE, WOVEN and NONWOVEN materials.

Maximum processing speed; 125 feet (38.0 meters) of adhesive material per minute. (Approximately 2500 adhesive strips per minute for 3/4” x 3” strip (19 x 72 mm).

Tension control is achieved with the assistance of mechanical tensioners located at each of the raw material unwinds with the exception of the pad unwind. No manual adjustments are required as the diameter of the material on the unwinds changes.

Switch operated pneumatic chucks are supplied standard in all the unwinds. This allows for easy loading and unloading of raw materials.

Lateral adjustment for all unwind modules are provided by way of hand knobs for ease of operation.
